Marion Goldberg focuses her practice on health care regulatory and transactional matters. She advises clients on compliance with fraud and abuse laws and structures and restructures health care arrangements to comply with those laws. She also counsels clients on compliance with HIPAA and other privacy rules, and health care data-breach responses. In the transactional arena, Ms. Goldberg represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, formation of joint ventures, and contracting. His practice is heavily concentrated in white-collar defense, representing clients charged with fraud, conspiracty, and other matters.
