      This is a panel discussion I participated in with Bill Mooz, head of legal support for VMWare's Cloud Computing, Channels, and Services groups, and Mario Obejas, program manager for a large-scale employee-monitoring system at Raytheon.

      We discussed the risks in cloud computing, including how they compare to traditional risks associated with outsourcing and other long-standing industry practices, and whether cloud computing is "too risky" for some companies.
