He counsels individuals and small to mid-sized companies, especially technology and engineering firms, in corporate law, contract negotiations, and intellectual-property matters. Mr. Goldberg also represents clients in litigation, including civil suits and white-collar criminal defense. In both capacities, Mr. Goldberg often negotiates on behalf of his clients with adversaries, potential business partners, contractors, and U.S. government agents and prosecutors. More

Marion Goldberg focuses her practice on health care regulatory and transactional matters. She advises clients on compliance with fraud and abuse laws and structures and restructures health care arrangements to comply with those laws. She also counsels clients on compliance with HIPAA and other privacy rules, and health care data-breach responses. In the transactional arena, Ms. Goldberg represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, formation of joint ventures, and contracting.
